CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA -1962, SECTION 40 AS
AfviENDED AND GEAlERAL ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AND
THE ACCa%.- iPANYING P,!AP TITERE-TO, GENERALLY KNO'JTI AS
THE SOUTH BEND ZONING ORDINANCE BY CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICATION OF THE USE DISTRICT FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COioIIiON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AS FOLLOVjS :
SECTION 1
The municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, and
General Ordinance No. 4990 -68 and the accompanying map or maps there-
to, as amended, are further amended insofar as the same relates to
that certain parcel of land situated in the City of South Bend, and
known and designated as:
Lot Numbered Fifty-two (52) as shown on the recorded
Plat of Cakside Third Addition to the City of South Bend.

Residential District to "C" Commercial District.

The attached rezoning netition of Albert and Betty Hans
was legally advertised under date of July 27 and August
.31 1968 and given public hearing on August 6, 1968, The
following action was taken:
After due consideration it was moved,
seconded, and unanimously carried that
the ordinance and site development plan
be recommended favorably to the Common
Council.
Excerpts from the minutes of the meeting are hereby attached
and made a part of this report.
