AN ORDINAtNCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL PPROPRIATION
TO ACCOUNT E -55, "SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DUES" IN
THE A1.:OUNT OF :715.00 AND T I, TRANSFER OF
SAID ST;i FRMI ACCOUNT E -37, "OliER SUPPLIES"
($32.03) AND ACCOUNT E -353, "OTHER OFFICEE
SUPPLIES" ($82.T) IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY
JUDGE, ALL BEING VIITHIN TIE, GENERAL FTID.
�IHEFE'AS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than �,ras appropriated in the annual budget for the
various functions of city gove- rnment to meet such extraordinary conditions,
and.,
"IFEMEAS, additional funds are needed bl, the South Bend Cite
Judge for subscriptions to various legal publications and dues to various

BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the sum of $32.03 be transferred from
Account E -37, "Other Supplies" and the sum of $82.97 from Account E -363, "Other
Office Supplies ", and transferred and appropriated to Account E -55, "Subscrip-
tions and Dues ", both accounts being within the General Fund.
