AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
TO ACCOUNT P -361, " HI
SUPPLIES" IN TEL
A140UNT OF $1,000.00, AND TIE TRANSFER OF SAID
SUe FROIA ACCOUNT P -11, "SERVICES PERSONAL" IN
THE SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTaIENT, ALL BEEPING
V!ITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS certain extraordinary conditions have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than uas appropriated in the annual budget for the
various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary conditions,
and,
,7HEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Sou'uh Bend City
Police Department for photo suppl.es due to the increased use of the Xerox
machine, to assure the department's ability to properly perform its functions,
BE IT ORDAIDIED BY THE CCi,I:40N COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the sum of )1,000.00 be transferred from
Account P -11, "Services Personal ", and transferred. and appropriated to Account
P -361, "Photo Supplies ", both accounts being within the General Fund.
SECTION II, This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the
i:4ayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements of eme- ^gency appro-
priations.
