ORDINANCE NO. 5067 -69
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS BETWEEN
THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND VARIOUS SUPPLIERS FOR THE PUR-
CHASE OF EQUIPMENT TOTALING $9,712.31.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contracts entered into between the Water Works
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and the following listed suppliers
on the 17th day of February, 1969, in the sum of $9,712.31, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
Jordan's Ford City, Incorporated - Mishawaka Indiana
For the purchase of one (1) 1969 Ford Model
F250, 5000 G.V.W. Pickup Truck in the sum of
$1,210,53.
Gates Chevrolet Corporation - South Bend, Indiana
For the purchase of two (2) 1969 Chevrolet
Series GS11005 Chevy Vans in the sum of
$2,503.20.
For the purchase of one (1) 1969 Chevrolet
Series GS21305 Chevy Van in the sum of $1,998.58.
For the purchase of one (1) 1969 Chevrolet
Series CE61403 Cab and Chassis in the sum of
$4,000.00.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
