ORDINANCE NO. 5066 -69
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONTRACTS BETWEEN
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND VARIOUS SUPPLIERS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT TOTALING
$8,670.83.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contracts entered into between the Wastewater
Treatment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and the following
listed suppliers on the 17th day of February, 1969, in the sum of
$8,670.83 is hereby approved and confirmed.
Gates Chevrolet Corporation - South Bend, Indiana
For the purchase of two (2) 1969 Chevrolet
Series CE51403 Cab and Chassis in the sum
of $5,908.66.
International Harvester Company - South Bend, Indiana
For the purchase of one (1) 1969 Interna-
tional Scout 800A in the sum of $2,762.17,
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
