AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT �P T OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, AND A. H. C�TZ & COMPANY,
INCORPORATED OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A JOHN DEERE TURF TRACTOR
IN THE SUM OF $4,150.80.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Waste -
water Treatment Plant of South Bend, Indiana, and A. H. Choitz ..,
& Company, Incorporated of South Bend, Indiana, on the 3rd
day of February, 1969, for the purchase of a John Deere Turf
Tractor to be supplied by A. H. Choitz & Company, Incorporated
of South Bend, Indiana, in the sum of $4,150.80, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
