ORDINANCE NO. 5075 -69
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND DWYER EQUIPMENT
COMPANY, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PUR-
CHASE OF TWO (2) WARNER UTILITY BODIES IN
THE AMOUNT OF $3,789.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. - That the contract entered into between the Wastewater
Treatment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Dwyer Equip-
ment Company, South Bend, Indiana, on the 18th day of March, 1969,
for the purchase of two (2) Warner "Special Model 130" Utility Bodies,
in the sum of $3,789.00, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
