ORDINANCE NO. 5074 -69
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND CHICAGO PUMP /FMC
CORPORATION, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, FOR THE PUR-
CHASE OF A SEWAGE PUMP IN THE SUM OF $2,025.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Wastewater
Treatment Plant of South Bend, Indiana, and Chicago Pump /FMC Corpora -
tion, Chicago, Illinois, on the 18th day of March, 1969, for the
purchase of a Chicago Pump, Model SLL -4 RB Scru- Peller, in the sum
of $2,025.00, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
