Chairperson Kirsits called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.
BILL N0.24-08 REZONING ORANGESAFT, LLC
Councilmember Varner made a motion to accept the substitute version of this bill.
Councilmember LaFountain seconded the motion which carried.
Michael Danch, President, Danch, Harner & Associates stated that there will be written
commitments for no outside storage or processing of autos.
Councilmember Varner asked if there would be any shredding.
Mr. Danch stated no.
Councilmember Puzzello asked if the commitments will be in writing.
Mr. Danch stated that they will go back to the Area Plan Commission and then come back to the
Council.
Councilmember LaFountain made a motion to recommend this bill to full Council favorably
subject to the written commitments. Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried.
There being no further business to come before the Committee, Chairperson Kirsits adjourned
the meeting at 3:49 p.m.
