STILL EFFECTIVE, AND THE
INDIANA, SECTIONS 40 -1 TO

ATIFIED AS ORDINANCE NO. 4990,
AMENDED, TO THE EXTENT IT IS
MUNICIPAL CODE OF SOUTH BEND,
SECTIONS 4o -43, AS AMENDED, TO
IS STILL EFFECTIVE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the following described real estate in the
City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
A part of Block Lettered "A" as shown on the recorded
Plat of Garden Village 3rd Unit, an addition to the
City of South Bend, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Block "A ",
thence East along the South line of Block "A" and
Block "F ", a distance of 831.55 feet to the South-
easterly corner of lot 523 as shown on the recorded
plat of Part of Block "F" in Garden Village 2nd Unit
and Part of Block "A" in Garden Village 3rd Unit, an
Addition to the City of South Bend; thence North-
westerly along the Westerly line of said plat, a
distance of 199.86 feet to a point on said Westerly
line; thence Northwesterly along said Westerly line
of said plat, a distance of 125.09 feet to a point
on a line 210 feet North and parallel with said
South line of Block "A; thence West along said line
parallel with the South line of Block "An; 583.93
feet to the East line of Lombardy Drive; thence South
along said East line of Lombardy Drive, 210 feet to
the place of beginning,

A part of Block Lettered "F" as shown on the recorded
plat of Garden Village 2nd Unit, an Addition to the
City of South Bend, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Block "F ";
thence Northwesterly along the Westerly line of
Villageway, 66.21 feet; thence Southwesterly per-
pendicular to said Westerly line of Villageway, 56.53
feet to the South line of said Block lettered "F";
thence East along said South line of Block lettered
"F", 87.06 feet to the place of beginning.

Area District, the same to conform with the site development plan
submitted herein.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, approval by the Mayor of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, and legal publication.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, IDENTIFIED AS
ORDINANCE NO. 4990, ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED
TO THE EXTENT IT IS STILL EFFECTIVE AND THE MUNI-
CIPAL CODE OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, SECTIONS 40 -1
TO SECTIONS 40 -43, AS AMENDED TO THE EXTENT IT IS
STILL EFFECTIVE. (Location: Western, Lombardy
and Villageway Streets)

Council as favorable.
