AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY TO
THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BENDt
INDIANA, WHICH IS GENERALLY DESCRIBED
AS THE 1/8 SECTION NORTH OF TOPSFIELD
AND EAST OF IRONWOOD.
Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana that:
Section 1 - The following described land, lying
adjacent to and forming a contiguous boundary with the
present City Limits of the Municipal City of South Bend,
Indiana, more particularly described as:
The south one -half (1/2) of the northwest one-
quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township
Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East,
being contiguous with the city limits of South
Bend on the south and west side, containing
Eighty (80) acres more or less,
be, and the same hereby is, annexed as a part of the Municipal
City of South Bend, Indiana.
Section 2 - This Ordinance is to be in full force
and effect from and after its enactment, the approval of the
Mayor, and its publication according to law.
