ORDINANCE NO. 5083-69 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 Section 61 OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO OVERTIME PARKING.AS AMENDED. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Chapter 25, Section 61 of the South Bend Municipal Code (being Chapter 29, #60 of the 1949 Code) be amended to read as follows: 1 -A Sec. - It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, allow, w o permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or operated rrX a P- N- N n�$ro by such person to be parked: 04 0 P) b' r- (1) 'R.
