ORDINANCE NO. 5078 -69
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND MIDWEST JANITOR SERVICE AND
SUPPLY, INCORPORATED, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES IN THE SUM OF
$5,700.00,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the Water Works
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Midwest Janitor Service and
Supply, Incorporated, South Bend, Indiana, on the 20th day of March,
1969, for Janitorial Services in the sum of $5,700.00, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
