BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: &a_

The mfinicipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, and
General Ordinance No. 4990 -68 and the accompanying map or maps
thereto, as amended, are further amended insofar as the same re-
lates to that certain parcel of land situate in the City of South
Bend, and known and designated as:
Beginning at a point 1602.22 feet South of the Northwest

corner of the Southwest One- Quarter of Section Thirty (30), Township
Thirty -Seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, thence East 250 feet,
thence South 112 feet; thence West 250 feet to the West line of said
Southwest One- Quarter of said Section 30, thence North 112 feet to the
place of beginning.
Aforesaid described tract being known as Lot Number 3 in
the Eugene Wilson Proposed Addition and being subject to legal highways.
by changing the classification of the "Use District" from "Unzoned" to..

and Area District.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force nd effect from and after
