Be it enacted by the Common Council fo the City of
South Bend, Indiana that:
Section 1 - Ordinance 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipipal
Code (Formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702) of the City of South Bend,
Indiana
be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and
changed,
to provide that the following described real estate
located
in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22,
and of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, in
Township 38, North, Range 2 East, described as
beginning at the point of intersection of the
center line of Lilac Road and the South line of
said Section 22, which intersection point is 435.90
feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section 22;
thence Northerly along the center line of Lilac
Road 442.45 feet; thence East 266.45 feet; thence
North .62 feet; thence East 80 feet; thence
North 224.1 feet, more or less, to an iron; thence
East on the South Line of a tract owned by Melvin
A. Hauger and Rose Marie Hauger 192.42 feet, more
or less, to an iron, which is located on the
present City Limits of the City of South Bend on
the West line of Lot 12 of Riverside Manor Addition,
First Section; thence Southerly along the said

CHAPTER 40 OF MUNICIPAL CODE (Formerly Zoning Ordinance
