An Ordinance Affecting 2.84 Acres, more or less, fronting on
the North side of Fillmore Road (Linden Avenue) approximately
700 feet East of Mayflower Road.
ORDINANCE NO. 5190 -70
An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing
Ordinance 4990 - Chapter 40 of Municipal Code

Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana that:
Section 1 - Ordinance 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal
Code (formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702) of the City of South Bend,
Indiana be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented and
changed, to provide that the following described real estate
located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
Beginning at a point on the south line of
Sect .T37N, R2E, 582.1 feet west of the
southeast corner of said Section; thence
north parallel to the west line of said one -
quarter (1/4) Section a distance of 476 feet;
thence west parallel with the south line of
said one - quarter (1/4) Section 260 feet;
thence south parallel with the west line of
said one- quariter (1/4) Section 476 feet to
the south line of said Section 5, which also
is the City Limits of the City of South Bend,
Indiana; thence east following the City Limits
a distance of 260 feet more or less to the
place of beginning, containing approximately
2.84 acres.
be and the same hereby is zoned "A" Residential in its Use
District Regulation classification and "A" Height and Area in
its Height and Area District classification.
Section 2 - This Ordinance is to be in full force and
effect from and after its enactment, the approval of the Mayor,
and its publication according to law.
