ORDINANCE NO. 5185 -70 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FROM THE REDEVELOPMENT FUND IN THE SUM OF $2,200.00 TO ACCOUNT NO. 722, "MOTOR EQUIP- MENT" IN THE DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have de- veloped since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Depart- ment of Redevelopment for the purchase of an additional ve- hicle for relocation activities and to assure the department's ability to properly perform its functions, now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That for additional expenses incidental to the Department of Redevelopment, there is hereby appropriated from the Redevelopment Fund to the following account: Account No. 722, "Motor Equipment ", the sum of $2,200.00. SECTION II.
