Code Formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702). AS AMENSI�YDCLERK, SOUTH BEND,
Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana that:
Section 1 - Ordinance 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal
Code (formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702) of the City of South Bend,
Indiana be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and
changed to provide that the following described real estate
located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
District Regulation classification and "A" Height and Area in
its Height and Area District classification.
Section 2 - This Ordinance is to be in full force and
effect from and after its enactment, the apploval of the Mayor,
and its publication according to law.

330.00 feet North of the Southwest corner of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 37 North,

Re: East Side of York Rd.
North of Kern Rd.
The attached rezoning petition of recently annexed land
originated by the Area Plan Commission was legally advertised
under date of March 21 and March 281 1970 and was given public
hearing on March 31, 1970. The following action was taken on
March 31, 1970.
After due consideration, it was moved, seconded and
unanimously carried that the ordinance be recommended
favorably to the Common Council.
The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points
considered in arriving at the above decision are shown in
the excerpts of the minutes attached hereto and made a part
of this report.
