Tract, Centre Township, Quarter Mile South of Jackson Road
Near York Road.

An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing
Ordinance 990 - Chapter 0 of Municipal
Code Formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702). AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana that:
Section 1 - Ordinance 4990 - Chapter 40 of Municipal
Code (formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702) of the City of South Bend,
Indiana be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and
changed, to provide that the following described real estate
located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
District Regulation classification and "A" Height & Area in
its Height and Area Distric classification.
Section 2 - This Ordinance is to be in full force and
effect from and after its enactment, the aAroval of the Mayor,
and its publication according to law.
