ORDINANCE NO. 5132 -69 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING and SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 - CHAPTEeof the MUNICIPAL CODE (FORMERLY ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702). Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that: SECTION 1. - Ordinance No. 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code (formerly Zoning Ordinance No. 3702) of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed, to provide that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:- be and the same hereby is rezoned from "A" Residential to "B" Residential, all subject to the Site Development Plan attached to and hereby made a part of this Ordinance.
