ORDINANCE NO. 5130 -69
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That the following described property in St. Joseph County,
State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25,
Township 37 North, Range 2 East, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point 556.45
feet South (as measured along the Fast line of said
Southeast Quarter) and 370.00 feet West of the North-
east Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25;
thence South a distance of 173.73 feet to a point;
thence West a distance of 50.00 feet to a point;
thence North a distance of 173.73 feet to a point;
thence East a distance of 50.00 feet to the point
of beginning; said real estate containing approxi-
mately .199 acres.
Section 2:
Ordinance No. 4913 -67 is hereby amended by deleting from
the area sought to be annexed by said Ordinance the area being
annexed by this Ordinance.
Section 3:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its enactment, approval by the May nd legal publication.
