AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA AND O'BRIEN MANUFACTURING COMPANY,
INCORPORATED, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, FOR THE PUR-
CHASE OF ONE (1) O'BRIEN SEWERKING MODEL 250
SEWER RODDING MACHINE IN THE SUM OF $2,171.75.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Wastewater
Treatment Plant of South Bend, Indiana and O'Brien Manufacturing
Company, Incorporated, Chicago, Illinois, on the 5th day of January
1970 for the purchase of one (1) O'Brien SEWERKING Model 250 Sewer
Rodding Machine in the sum of $2,171.75 is hereby approved and
confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
