AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WATER WORKS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND
GENERAL EQUIPMENT & MACHINE COMPANY, INCOR-
PORATED OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A 1970 GENERAL ENGINES EAGER
BEAVER TRAILER IN THE AMOUNT OF $27870.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water Works of
South Bend, Indiana and General Eauipment & Machine Company, Incorpora-
ted of South Bend, Indiana, on the 5th day of January 1970, pursuant
to advertising and receipt of bids for the purchase of a 1970 General
Engines Eager Beaver Trailer in the amount of $2,870.00 is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
