AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
AND ROMY HAMMES FORDLAND FOR FOUR (4) 4 -DOOR
SEDANS IN THE SUM OF $7,547,93,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I_ That the contract entered into between the Water Works
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Romy Hammes Fordland on the
5th day of January 1970 for the purpose of purchasing four (4) 1970
Ford 4 -door sedans in the sum of $7,547,93 is hereby approved and
confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
