ORDINANCE NO. 5277 -71
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND MORETRENCH CORPORATION, DOWNERS
GROVE, ILLINOIS, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A WELL -
POINT SYSTEM, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,094.88.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Wastewater
Treatment Plant of South Bend, Indiana and Moretrench Corporation of
Downers Grove, Illinois, on the 18th day of January 1971 for the
purchase of a Wellpoint System in the amount of $3,094.88, is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
