AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
AND FREEMAN SPICER COMPANY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE 1971 PLY-
MOUTHS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,080.00,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water Works
of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Freeman Spicer Company, South
Bend, Indiana, on the 16th day of February 1971, pursuant to adver-
tising and receipt of bids for the purchase of three 1971 Plymouths
in the amount of $7,080.00, is hereby approved and confirmed,
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
