Chairperson LaFountain called the meeting to order at 4:31 p.m.
BILL NO.33-08 AMEND CODE PRE-APPROVE CLAIMS
Aladean DeRose, Chief Assistant City Attorney, ask for this bill to be continued until the October
27, 2008 meeting of the Council.
Councilmember Varner made a motion to continue this bill until the October 27, 2008 meeting of
the Council. Councilmember Kirsits seconded the motion which carried.
There being no further business to come before the committee, Chairperson Tom LaFountain,
adjourned the meeting at 4:32 p.m.
