The Area Plan Commission, at its regular meeting on September 15, 1970, took the following action on the subject ordinance: After due deliberation, it was moved by Jerry Miller, seconded by Lloyd Taylor, that this petition for rezoning be recommended favorably to the Common Council of the City of South Bend subject to annexation by the city.
