W v W 0 m W v v W r ORDINANCE NO. 5321 -71 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1963, ALSO KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NO. 3702 AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. The following action was taken at that hearing by the Area Plan Commission: After due consideration, it was moved, seconded and unanimous) carried that this petition for the rezoning of ��ETrala___� nd Rna41 be recommended favor- ably to the Common Council of the City of South Bend subject to the petitioner showing the drywells on the site plan.
