AN ORDINANCE FOR
IN THE AMOUNT OF
"SERVICES PERSON
AND THE TRANSFER
FACILITY ACCOUNT
ALL BEING WITHIN
AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
$800.00 FROM ACCOUNT M -11,

OF SAME TO MUNICIPAL SERVICES
U -252, "REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT ",
THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now
necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the
annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet
such extraordinary conditions; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Building De-
partment for repair of a damaged vehicle, and to assure that depart-
ment's ability to properly perform its functions; and
WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it is
not presently needed and more specifically as follows; to -wit:
$800.00 in Account M -11 "Services Personal" in the
Building Department Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $800.00 be transferred from
Account M -11, "Services Personal" in the Building Department, and
transferred and appropriated to Municipal Services Facility Account
U -252, "Repairs of Equipment ", both accounts being within the
General Fund.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require-
ments for emergency appropriations.
