AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68- CHAPTER 40 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE (formerly Zoning Ordinance
No. 3702).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, that:
Section 1•
Ordinance No. 4990 -68- Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code, (formerly
Zoning Ordinance No. 3702) of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same
is hereby amended, supplemented and changed to provide that the following
described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter U) of the Southeast
Quarter (41) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township
Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East, deacribed
as beginning at a point Nine Hundred Forty -three and
Fifty -four Hundredths (943.54) feet South of the
Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter; running thence East Five Hundred
Fifty -seven and Fifty -two Hundredths (557.52) feet;
thence South One Hundred Sixty (160) feet; thence
West Five Hundred Fifty -seven and Fifty -two Hundredths
(557.52) feet; thence North to the place of beginning,
excepting therefrom a tract of land described as
beginning at the Northwest corner of the above described
parcel, running thence South Eighty(80) feet; thence East
One Hundred Ninety (190) feet; thence North Eighty (80)
feet; thence West One Hundred Ninety (190) feet to the
place of beginning, being located on South Fellows Street,
South Bend, Indiana.
be and the same hereby is changed from A - Residential, A Height and Area,in
its Use District Regulation Classification to B - Residential, A Height and
Area District, in accordance with the site development plan filed herewith.
Section 2•
This Ordinance is to be in full force and effect from and after its
enactment, approval by the Mayor and its publication according to law.
