Joseph Roper ORDINANCE NO. 5313 -71 40 OF THE MUNICIPAL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FORMERLY REFERRED TO AS ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 49910 -68 Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, formerly known as Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "A" Residence District to "A -2" Planned Residential Development District: A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and -a -part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, Centre Township, St. Joseph County, City of South Bend, Indiana described as follows, viz: Beginning 354.93 feet North of the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 30, thence North 969.4 feet to the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence West 1319.38 feet to the Northwest corner of the said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South 45 degrees 30 minutes West 180.75 feet; thence South 6 degrees 53 minutes West 230 feet; thence South 83 degrees 07 minutes East 25 feet, thence South 6 degrees 53 minutes West 100 feet; thence South 7 degrees 09 minutes East 61.85 feet; thence South 6 degrees 53 minutes West 120 feet; thence South 83 degrees 07 minutes East 85 feet; thence South 8 degrees 03 minutes West 73.3 feet; thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes East 110 feet; thence South 83 degrees 52 minutes East 195.46 feet; thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes East 300 feet; thence North 74 degrees 51 minutes East 131.64 feet; thence South 61 degrees 21 minutes East 119.92 feet; thence South 17 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds East 112.93 feet; thence South 0 degrees 16 minutes West 120 feet; thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes East 128.27 feet; thence North 71 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East 61.99 feet; thence North 87 degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds East 118.26 feet; thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes East 220.45 feet to the place of beginning containing 26.6 acres more or less.
