AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3964
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SCHEDULE
OF RATES AND CHARGES TO BE COLLECTED BY
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FROM THE
OWNERS OF PROPERTY SERVED BY THE SEWAGE
DISPOSAL WORKS OF SAID CITY, AND OTHER MAT-
TERS CONNECTED THEREWITH ", PASSED BY THE
COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA ON FEBRUARY 24, 1954, AS AMENDED BY
AN ORDINANCE NO. 4844 PASSED BY THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
ON APRIL 25, 19661
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1. That Section 1 (b) of the above entitled ordinance
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1 (b) The water usage schedule on which the amount
of said sewage rates and charges shall be determined from July 1, 1971,
through and including June 30, 1972, shall be as follows:
The above rates and charges are in addition to water rates
and charges and the minimum charge per month for each bill during the period
for July 1, 1971, through June 30, 1972, shall be $2. 30.
