ORDINANCE NO. 5282 -71
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA AND FRUEHAUF CORPORATION OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION
OF A DUMP BODY ON A CAB AND CHASSIS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $935.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Wastewater
Treatment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Fruehauf
Corporation of South Bend, Indiana, on the lst day of March 1971,
pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids for the purchase and
installation of a dump body on a cab and chassis in the amount of
$935.00, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
