ORDINANCE NO. 5219 -70
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
AND NORTHERN ELECTRIC COMPANY, SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, FOR THE REBUILDING OF ELECTRICAL EQUIP-
MENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,777,00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the City Water
Works of South Bend, Indiana and Northern Electric Company, South
Bend, Indiana on the 6th day of July 1970, pursuant to advertising
and receipt of bids, as the rebuilding of electrical equipment is
needed in the operation of said Water Works (North Pumping Station)
in the total amount of $20,777 is hereby approved and confirmed,
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
