ORDINANCE NO. 5218 -70
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
AND ROMY HAMMES, INCORPORATED OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 1970,
FALCON TUDOR SEDAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,891.50.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water Works of
the City of South Bend, Indiana and Romy Hammes, Incorporated of South
Bend, Indiana, on the 18th day of June 1970, pursuant to advertising
and receipt of bids for the purchase of one (1) 1970, Falcon Tudor
Sedan in the amount of $1,891.50, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor,
