AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
BUREAU OF WASTEWATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND A. H. CHOITZ & CO., INC., SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE WHEEL
LOADER BACKHOE MACHINE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$13,500.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Bureau of Waste-
water of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and A. H. Choitz & Co., Inc.,
South Bend, Indiana, on the 19th day of March 1973, pursuant to advertising
and receipt of bids for the purchase of one John Deere Model JD410 Wheel
Loader Backhoe Machine, in the amount of $13,500.00, is hereby approved
and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
