ORDINANCE NO. 5406 -72
AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $42,608.00 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO "PARKING FUND PROJECT - 1969 ".
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have
developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget
so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than
was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions
of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Parking
Fund Project - 1969, to provide for the cost of maintenance,
operation and revenue bond payments for said project. These
funds are needed to assure Parking Fund Project's ability to
properly perform its functions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $42,608.00 be appropriated
from the General Fund to "Parking Fund Project - 1969 "•
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements for emergency appropriations.
