ORDINANCE NO. 5405 -72
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SUB - ,DIVISION (2) OF
SUB - SECTION (a) of SECTION 15 -16 OF CHAPTER 15
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
South Bend, Indiana:
Section 1. Sub - division (2) of Sub - Section (a) of Section 15 -16
of Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
be and it hereby is amended to read as follows:
"(2) Mileage Rates: Sixty Cents ($. 60) for the
first one -fifth (1/5) of a mile or fraction thereof;
Ten Cents ($. 10) for each additional one - fourth
(1/4) of a mile or fraction thereof; and"
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, its approval by the Mayor and legal publication.
