ORDINANCE NO. 5404 -72
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$125,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER
BUILDING AND SINKING FUND.
WHEREAS, engineering studies have been completed
outlining certain sanitary sewer projects; and
WHEREAS, funds are now needed for appraisals, land
acquisition, design engineering and construction of said
project; and
WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking
Fund has been established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $125,000.00 be appropriated
from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the
project and in the amount set forth below:
Project CS1 -1972 - Sanitary Sewer Extension -
on Cleveland Road from
Lilac Road west to Maple
Road $125,000.00
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require-
ments.
