ORDINANCE NO. 5396 -72
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND STOCKBERGER MACHINERY, INC.,
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF
ONE MODEL 55 MICHIGAN ARTICULATED LOADER,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,900.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Water
Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Stockberger Machin-
ery, Inc., South Bend, Indiana, on the 1st day of May 1972,
pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids for the purchase of
one Model 55 Michigan Articulated Loader in the amount of
$23,900.00, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
