AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND ROMY HAMMES,
INC., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE
OF ONE 1972 FORD F -600 24,000 G.V.W. CAB
AND CHASSIS IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,744.63.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Wastewater
Treatment Plant of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Romy Hammes
Inc., South Bend, Indiana, on the 20th day of March 1972, pursuant
to advertising and receipt of bids for the purchase of one 1972
Ford F -600 24,000 G.V.W. Cab and Chassis in the amount of
$3,744.63, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
