An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter .w Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: Section 1 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana (South Bend City Zoning Ordinance No. 4990) be, and the same is hereby amended, supplemented and changed in Section 40 - 14 and Section 40 - 24 thereof to provide that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: All of Lots 320, 321, 322 & 323 and the East 1/3 of Lots 315, 316, and 317 in Cottrell's 1st Addition to Lowell's in South Bend, Indiana. Also vacated alleys adjacent to above lots; be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District Regulation classification from "B" Residential to "C" Commercial with no change in its Height and Area District classification, subject to and in accordance with the site development plan as submitted with the petition to amend as filed by the Teachers Credit Union. Section 2 - This ordinance is to be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, the approval of the Mayor, and its publication according to law. Section 3 - All prior ordinances affecting the above described tracts of land in conflict herewith are repealed. SECTION II This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor and legal publication. JEFFERSON BLVD., SOUR REKD, INDIANA 98fi01 (2UG 281 -9571 February 25, 1972 In Re: A proposed ordinance and site development plan of Teachers Credit Union to rezone property at the northwest corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Notre Dame Avenue to "C" Commercial from "B" Residential Gentlemen: The attached proposed ordinance originated by the Teachers Credit Union was legally advertised and given public hearing by the Area Plan Commission on February 15, 1972, at which time the following action was taken: "A motion was made by Mr. Richardson that the Commission return a favorable recom- mendation for the rezoning subject to proper screening, seconded by Mr, Sharp and unani- mously carried."
