HEA 1001 added a <br />representative of the local school board to each <br />Redevelopment Commission. Ms. Rosen is a member <br />of the South Bend Community School Corporation, <br />appointed to the Commission as anon-voting member. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A.
