A Special Meeting of the South Bend Common Council has been called by a Majority of
the South Bend Common Council pursuant to Section 2 -5 of the South Bend Municipal
Code for Monday, December 16, 2013 at 5.00 p.m. in the _Council Informal Meeting
Room, 4F Floor County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
46601. The sole purpose of this Special Council Meeting is to have 2" and 3' Readings
and Public Hearings on Bill No. 78 -13 — Appropriation $500,000 Self- Funded Employee
Benefit Fund #711; and Bill No. 62 -13 — Rezone 605, 613, 617 621 Notre Dame and 823
Sorin Street.
