AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND GATES CHEVROLET CORPORATION, SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 1973 CHEV-
ROLET SERIES CE66003 CAB AND CHASSIS AND A
COMBINATION DUMP BED AND HOIST, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $5,210.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Bureau of Water
of the City of South Bend, Indiana and Gates Chevrolet Corporation, South
Bend, Indiana, on the 5th day of February 1973, pursuant to advertising
and receipt of bids for the purchase of a 1973 Chevrolet Series CE66003
Cab and Chassis and a Combination Dump Bed and Hoist, in the amount of
$5,210.00, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
