The City of South Bend, Indiana, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through the
South Bend Redevelopment Commission (Commission) hereby certifies that on November 08,
2012, by Contract for Sale of Land for Private Development (Contract), recorded as Document
No. 1236870 on November 16, 2012, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County,
Indiana, fee title in and to the real estate situated in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County,
Indiana and described at Exhibit "A," hereto, was by Warranty Deed (Deed), recorded as
Document No. 1300577 on January 09, .2013, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County,
Indiana, conveyed to Maribeth Roncz, all pursuant to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, and
provisions of said Contract. Maribeth Roncz has fully completed the improvements on the
Property in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
This Certificate is issued as of this 12th day of December, 2013, and is evidence of satisfaction
of the provisions and covenants of the Contract with respect to the obligation of Maribeth Roncz
to construct the improvements according to the terms and conditions of that Contract.
All other terms, provisions, covenants, conditions and resolutions contained in the Contract shall
remain in full force and effect.
