ORDINANCE NO S�7 SS- 73
AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $169,000.00 FROM
THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING
FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION AND RIGHT OF WAY
ACQUISITION - IRONWOOD AND IRELAND SEWERS.
WHEREAS, engineering studies have been completed
outlining certain sewer projects; and
WHEREAS, funds are now needed for the construction
and right of way acquisition on said project; and
WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking
Fund has been established,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $169,000.00 be appropriated
from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the
project and in the amount set forth below:

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require-
ments.
