ORDINANCE NO. 5528 -73
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$330,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER
BUILDING AND SINKING FUND.
WHEREAS, engineering studies have been completed
outlining certain storm sewer projects; and
WHEREAS, funds are now needed for the construction
of said project; and
WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking
Fund has been established,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
SECTION I. That the sum of $330,000.00 be appro-
priated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for
the project and in the amount set forth below:
PROJECT CS -4 -1973
- Northeast Area Storm
Sewers - McKinley Terrace
Area Construction - - -
$330,000.00
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from an a ter its passage by the Common Council, its
approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements.

BUILDING AND SINKING FUND.
Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance should go
to the Council as favorable, as amended below:
Delete the sum of $460,000.00 and in its place, wherever
mentioned, insert the figure of $330,000.00.
