AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, AND BADGER METER, INC., MILWAUKEE,
WISCONSIN, FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ASSORTMENT
OF WATER METERS FOR USE FROM APRIL 1, 1973 TO
APRIL 1, 1974, IN THE AMOUNT OF $41,492.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I: That the contract entered into between the Bureau of Water
of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Badger Meter, Inc., Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, on the 19th day of March 1973, pursuant to advertising and
receipt of bids as the purchase of same is required in the operation of
the Bureau of Water, in a total quantity and a total cost not to exceed
the quantity and cost itemized for each classification of water meters
in the amount of $41,492.00, is hereby approved and confirmed:
